Currently, the Project has been approved and fully legalized by the competent authorities as follows:

- Certificate of Approval for Fire Prevention Design No. 26/TDPCCC issued by Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Department on March 11, 2019.
- Certificate of land use right No. GCN: CN 569467, number in the certificate of granting book:
CT16144, land plot No. 1, map sheet No. 44, with an area of 195,743.1 m2, dated
June 21, 2018, issued by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
- Decision No. 3073/QD-UBND of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on approval of Environmental Impact Assessment Report.
- Investment certificate issued by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee: Project code
7061722717, first issued by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on March 25, 2016; Changed for the first time on 01/02/2018.

- Studio apartment – 45-50m2: 210 units
- 100 2-storey tourist villas (40 units have completed the rough construction, 60 units are under construction): divided into 2 types: 3 and 5 bedrooms
